Buyer

Vehicle ok just so many small things. No master key had to spend $150 to replace, tailgate want let down and passenger side has water on the floor board when it rains, explains the odor of wet carpet in vehicle. Oh did I mention that the wiper reservoir jug needs replacing and the sunroof leaks when going through a car wash. I did call dealership about the master key still waiting on return call. I love my 2011 Ford F150 and will have all this fixed. I understand these are used vehicles and there will be issues but make buyers aware. I guess I should've inspected the vehicle closer and I take responsibility for that. I wouldn't dare say don't purchase from Select Automotive, just be sure to inspect the vehicle very well as you should from any dealership that you purchase a vehicle. Everything That Shines Isn't Gold.

2013 Silverado

Brock beat all competitors. I shopped around before buying my 2013 silverado and couldn't find a better deal. Great customer service and nice inventory. I have and will recommend Select to anyone looking for a nice ride with great prices.

Great experience!

I bought a 2010 Nissan Altima on 9/1 from Select Auto for my daughter to use to go off to college. On 9/24, she calls me to tell me that the car just died and will not crank back up. I get the car home to find out that the hot wire post on the alternator is broken and someone used glue to fix this issue. I called the dealer to report this issue and to see if they would offer any assistance with this matter but they did not. Not looking forward to see what other parts may have been fixed with glue or maybe even duct tape. –Unhappy customer

I believe we have some miscommunication here. We were informed of Altima not cranking and customer said alternator was bad. We then helped him with number to warranty company which covers alternator and this was the last we heard from him. Our goal is customer first and we are always willing to help. We do apologize if we did not communicate well with this customer.

Good experience although car with small issues

I still give this deal 4 stars although the used car I bought had a problem in a few days. The buying experience was great and the price is good. The issue I have is that the plastic cover under the front bumper came off on highway three days after purchase. The car did have accidents shown in Carfax so the cover was loose already. I fixed it myself. I don't fully blame the dealer because they might be unaware of the issue, but I learned a lesson that you really need to do more inspect for a used vehicle.

Great Buy!!

Super easy purchase with a great price and the Ford F-150 was just as the guys described it . I’m sending my family and friends to Select Auto Sales.

I WILL BE BACK!!!

Imagine, if you?re in need of a dependable car. I mean really in need, like myself. But you have a few odds against you. #1 you?re a woman, #2 you shop online and can?t find the deal you?re looking for. #3 you?re afraid you want find the most honest trustworthy salesmen you desperately need. Without being pressured....All the reasons why I keep buying from Select Auto for the third time. Brian And Broc really went out of their way to make sure my third time was a charm. Indeed it was!! And answered all my calls and all my annoying questions ? Oh I can?t forget to add, this last SUV I bought last month, is one good looking best riding vehicle. I love it!!!
