Horrible. They day after I purchased my try, the air conditioning didn’t work, they said I bought it with no warranty so they aren’t obligated to help me out. And they made sure they didn’t. They did everything to make the sale, but nothing to help the customer after. Very bad business ethics to do something like that

Dealer response

Unfortunately that vehicle that you purchased was sold in As-Is condition, as is means the dealership does not make any repairs. This was made clear to you at the time of purchase. You signed multiple forms acknowledging that the vehicle was being purchased As-Is. Than you act shocked that As-Is means As-Is. If you would like to discuss this further please give our General Manager, George Adamopoulos a call at 732-681-1600.

Dealer response

We would never represent a 10 year old car with 97000 miles as in perfect working order. Vehicles that old with that many miles have issues, that’s why they are sold As-Is.

Consumer response

I completely understand as is means no warranty, I totally got that part. No one was trying to get over on anyone. I’m just shocked that a car dealer would sell a vehicle in “perfect working order” that breaks on the ride home and wouldn’t try and make it right. At least to try and uphold their reputation. Completely wrong

Consumer response

lol you did. Advertised as in great cond, But at least now your admitting Seabreeze ford sells vehicles on their lot for top dollar knowing they have issues. More great business practices from seabreeze ford!

I purchased a used Mercedes Sprinter from Sea Breeze Ford for business/commercial use. At no point during the sale process was it clearly disclosed that the vehicle only came with ONE key/fob. I test drove the van, accidentally went home with the key in my pocket, then returned with it while completing the purchase paperwork — and still nobody mentioned it was the only key. Because this is a work van used by both myself and my crew, a second key was extremely important. After the purchase, I contacted the dealership and was repeatedly told they were “working on getting the key,” which led me to believe the issue was being handled. After waiting weeks with no resolution, I ultimately had to go directly through Mercedes myself. The final cost for the replacement key and programming ended up being approximately $850, plus several hours out of my workday. The dealership ultimately only offered $200 toward the expense despite the prior communications and the actual documented replacement cost. Very disappointing experience, especially because this could have easily been disclosed upfront before the sale was finalized

Dealer response

This vehicle was traded in with one key. It is a Mercedes van that we do not have the ability to cut a key for. As a gesture of goodwill we agreed to give you $200 towards getting the replacement key from a Mercedes dealer when we were not liable for providing a 2nd key.

Courteous service staff. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle while the serviced the transmission of my F-150. Great overall experience.

Great car, I believe Ford really shot themselves in the foot by not making the Edge. The Escape is too small but the Edge was a perfect size for me and my wife.

I special ordered a new truck. The truck after waiting 4 months came in missing an upgrade package that I paid for. They gave me the option to return the truck, and reorder it or refund the cost of the package that was missing. They stood behind the screwup, and gave me what I thought were choices that were reasonable. I believe they are honest and willing to do the right thing.

Pete was a very nice professional young salesman. No pressure deal. Had my sights set on one particular used Ford f150 which we came to terms on very quickly after very little back and forth and taking my trade ins and some $. Highly recommended.
