I have purchased two Roush pickups from these people.
I have purchased two Roush pickups from these people. This last transaction was by far my worse experience. Dealer destroyed my aftermarket wheels and refuse to replace. My sales guy Nico has done nothing but lie to me. Clearly spending over 160K with them in the past three years will get you nowhere. Take your business someplace else.

Lied to non stop
This is a long story but I’ll keep it short. Recently purchased a new F150 Roush, (my second one from Ewald). In my agreement Ewald was going to switch out my wheels from my old Roush to my new. In this process their highly skilled service department destroyed all four wheels and crushed my center caps. Brought it to my salesmen attention. Offered to have the wheels fixed, sent a company out who informed me the damage was so bad they had to strip all 4 wheels and power coat then again. Keep in mind they were flawless when Ewald touched them. I was not okay with this and asked for replacements. Was denied. Asked for new center caps, I had to provide the part number to them 2 times, was told they were ordered two times and as of today have yet to see them. I have been lied to non stop. For someone who has been a loyal Ewald customer and has purchased 2 very expensive trucks I would expect better service, honestly and integrity. I have yet to see any of this. They got my money and could care less about any correction that was clearly self inflicted by them. Take your money elsewhere

NO INTEGRITY-NO ETHICS
I recently sold a vehicle to Mario Zarate at Ewalds Venus Ford. We negotiated a price for the 2018 Ford Transit over the phone for $18,500. Unfortunately we did not realize that he had changed the price on the paperwork to $17,500, which was the initial offer from him. When we received a check for only $17,500, we emailed Mario. No response, and after more than 2 weeks, we called him and he began raising his voice, insisting that he called us back (which he did not). We then called the dealership and were connected to Tom, the new car sales manager, who dismissed our concerns. I then asked to speak to the general manager, and he said that he would be calling me. I have not received a call for weeks. So disturbing that they don't even have the respect to discuss taking $1,000 out of our pockets. Buyer- Seller BEWARE!!!

I had a problem and Joel took care of it: I purchased tires and had trouble with two of the tires, but Joel kept inviting me back until the tires were to my satisfaction. Although I was a Chevy in a sea of Fords, I was a valued customer. I like the location of Ewald.
