Excellent service

Ron took my phone call when I needed the side mirror replaced on my Ford Focus. He explained that he did not have it in stock, but would order it for delivery the next day. I took my car in that evening and he called in the afternoon of the following day to let me know that the work was done and my car was ready for pick-up. When I arrived that evening to pick it up, all of the paperwork was completed and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and pay. It was easy and everyone was nice to work with. I would highly recommend both the sales and service department for your Pasadena dealership.

Mac haik body shop Pasadena Tx

Brought brand new 2016 f-250 to mac haik body shop after reading some reviews. I'll start with Daren the manager is a great guy who really cares about the quality of work that leaves their shop. Unfortunately my new truck got missed on the QC end of the repairs I brought it in for a new bumper hood and grill and some paint scratches on drivers side doors from the glass of the other vehicle and left their shop with the worst paint job and clear coat EVERYWHERE!!!! Seats Windows wheels tires clear and top of clear on the existing factory paint... I though would be pretty easy clean repair but left body shop with more damage than when I brought it to them such a disappointment after calling every other day for 3 weeks jus to make sure everything was going good when I should have drove to the shop and looked to see what was really going on. I'm not gonna mention other damages that where causes beyond their control but the job was awful all the way around. The only good from this is they do have a manager that will stand behind and fix any concerns the only problem is he's not the one doing the work. I'm not into to giving bad reviews but I go off of reviews I read and hope this help you make an informed decision. Good luck.

Auto Repair

Waiting for over 2 hours for a tow-truck to transport my Ford to Mac Haik was disappointing, especially since I used my Ford membership road-side assistance account. It was extremely hot, and my daughter and I were waiting - as instructed - by the vehicle until the driver showed up. Temperatures were in the upper 90's if not 100 degrees, and the humidity was so intense, I had to send my daughter inside the building to cool off before she passed out. The driver was friendly and helpful, but we were already exhausted. The service at the dealership was good - considerate, friendly, and helpful. They provided me a rental vehicle and began working on my truck, finding that the major culprit was covered under my extended warrantee, and they recommended I have the cooling system flushed. I authorized the additional service and requested that they check the brakes for me, too. When I was called the next day to come pick up my truck, I drove up to Pasadena to get it, but they had forgotten to check the brakes. I had spent as much time that afternoon as I could on the truck, so I had to take it back another day to have the brakes checked. This took an additional trip to Pasadena, and much more time out of my schedule.

100K miles and still running like new

Always great service expensive but have never had a problem with my vehicle. Lisa is very nice and provides great customer service

Great Service.

Brat Callier was very helpful, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Mac Haik Pasadena. They earned my business and trust and I think we established a long term business relationship.

Great Service

While working on a job, I had a problem with my ford F150. The service department sent a tow truck, and took my truck in on a Saturday morning. I received great service at this ford dealership.

Good selection

We purchased a 2016 Explorer Platinum. The service was good. Louis Estrada helped us out, but we were in the lobby for a while before someone actually acknowledged us. We made a deal fairly quickly, considering we had a trade-in. However, the buying process (paperwork, etc.) did take a while. But I guess that would be true anywhere.

Great experience!

My experience was very good. Edi Chepurnoy was very helpful and determined to get the F150 I wanted. I told him specifically what truck I wanted. 2016 F150 Race Red XLT. This truck was not available in any of the Mac Haik dealerships. Edi was able to get it from another dealership. I will definitely recommend Edi to my friends and family.

Ford Sports Tracker. 2012

I have always enjoyed the Quick Lane service. So much, in fact, that my husband brings his Ford truck to you location for the courteous, friendly service on both of our Ford truck. Thanks for keeping things the same.
