I find that Matthew Motors is the best place for a vehicle!!! If u have credit issues and having a hard time getting into a vehicle Matthew Motors is the place to go!!! My experience there was excellent I enjoyed all the salesmen that I came in contacted with!! They were very friendly and r willing to work very hard to satisfy their customers needs!!! Didn't think I could get the vehicle I've got but God is good!!! Loving my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu wouldn't trade it for the world!! Pete Fowler u r a Blessing to me!! I went to Matthews Morris with bad credit, doubtful I would be able to get a new car. Not only did Mike Collier find a car to fit my budget but he and Dennis Baughman got the deal financed and within hours I was able to drive out in my new car.

Mike did a great job helping put me into my Subaru Forester! He even offered us pizza while we waited. We also got an oil change and the service team did a fantastic job with this. Jeff was very nice and helpful as well. I am not going to sugar coat this, but I had a great experience until I brought in my trade in 2 days later. Mike was busy with a phone call and customer, so I looked around and I asked 2 gentlemen for a screw driver to take off my old plates. Instead of helping me, one of the men asked me "who is your salesmen?" and I told him "Mike, but he's busy," and his reply was "go ask him." I patiently waited for Mike and then he eagerly met my simple request. Again, Mike is great :) I found that a bit rude and some of the employees should be trained on customer service, even when I'm not their particular customer.

Mike helped me and my father get into a Honda Civic Coupe and explained the process to us. His roommate Tom had my and my father laughing while we waited so it didn't seem long and the price was great... THANKS MATTHEWS MOTORS CREWW !!!!!!

I have never met the best group of people before. I felt like I had known them a long time. I was not rushed into a deal. They took their time with me. They made sure I was satisfied with what I had. Jeff made sure I understood my paperwork . I would definately refer people here and come back again. I had a great time I almost forgot I was shopping for a car. Thanks Robert Walker for your help!

Mr. Robert Walker just provided my wife and I the best automobile purchasing experience in my 40 year life. Robert put us at ease at the very first contact. We felt as though we were working with an old neighbor and not a car salesman. The purchase was painless and we never felt pressured. My husband and I had never been to Matthews Motors until Saturday. Matthews Motors has a very good reputation in the Clayton Community so he decided to stop by. My husband spotted a Tacoma he really liked and stopped to check it out. He was met by a pleasant, non-pushy salesman named Harry Severino . It was a brief discussion since purchasing was something we were not quite ready to do. Over the weekend we pulled up the vehicle online to gather information. My husband sent a message to dealership and scheduled a test drive today. We dealt with Harry Severino and we purchased the truck. We were very set on how much we could wisely add to our budget and Harry worked diligently with us in achieving what we felt comfortable investing in a vehicle. He .was not pressuring but very helpful and appreciated our commitment to our budget. Along with Harry we received great, patient assistance from Jeff in finance. He completed numerous forms until we all came to an agreement and at one point we were leaving in order to think on the purchase over night and Jeff placed no pressure on us either. So, our first experience with MM was very good and we will certainly share it with others that are looking to buy a vehicle. Awesome job guys!

This was my husband and I first time buying a car and we have 3 kids and 1 on the way in the next week. With a Honda Civic we needed a SUV, Van, or anything lol.... So, they gave us Mr. Robert Walker and omg let me tell you this guy is AMAZING!!! Great customer service, really cares about his customers, and works very hard to get you what you need and if he did it for us I know for sure he can put you in your dream car or truck because he got us something we were not expecting and We LOVE it... While searching for a car online I came across Matthew's Motors. When I reached the website I was very impressed on how easy and organized it was to scroll through the cars they had available. I found a Nissan Versa and fell in love!!! I called the dealership and reached a gentleman named Dave Klaiber, the general manager there. He worked with me on financing and going through various options for the right car for me! We both agreed the Nissan Versa was it. I love everything about my car and the prompt and friendly service I received in purchasing it. I recommend to all my friends and family if they are to buy a vehicle Matthew's Motors is it!! For any future purchases I might have, I will defiantly go through them again.
