I would strongly caution anyone considering United BMW’s service department. I’ve now had multiple visits where I was told I needed new tires due to nails or damage—only for this exact same issue to happen again in a very similar way. After being charged more than once for what feels like the same problem, it raises serious red flags about what’s actually going on. On top of that, there is a clear pattern of upselling and pressure tactics. I’ve been told my car “urgently” needed additional services that did not feel necessary, and the way it’s presented is clearly designed to create panic so you approve expensive work on the spot. As a customer, this feels less like honest service and more like being taken advantage of. I would especially warn women or anyone who may not feel confident pushing back—because the pressure is real, and it’s uncomfortable. At this point, I do not trust their recommendations and will be seeking second opinions moving forward. I would strongly encourage others to do the same before agreeing to any costly repairs.

This was the best dealer experience I have ever had …… and the car had an issue when I arrived from Florida for the purchase. Mohammed and Dawn immediately set out to solve the problem. The sales manager Gianni stepped up to assure me they would make it all right. Daniel called in an employee on Saturday to take care of the problem. When they finished with the car that day, it was perfect. Amazing work. We drove away very happy for our return to Naples and we love our 430i convertible. The whole team was first class. They owned the issue even though they weren’t responsible for it. Thank you to all of you guys. Like I said, the best dealer experience ever!
