Overall, my experience at Sloane wasn’t the best—but to be fair, I think that reflects more on the car industry as a whole than this specific dealership.That said, Tom was great to work with from start to finish. He was respectful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the process—even going as far as offering my wife a slice of pizza when she was hungry. He made a stressful experience much more manageable.Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, I didn’t appreciate the way he handled things or how he treated Tom during the process.Tom is a standout employee and absolutely deserves recognition for the way he treats customers. Tom is an honorable man.

This was my first car buying experience and Sloane and Arthur made it very smooth and painless. I thought Arthur (and everyone we dealt with at the dealership, honestly) was very friendly and down to earth. I would definitely do business with them again :)
