I worked with Sloane Toyota on an out of state deal over the phone. They gave very fair out the door pricing quickly with no addons allowing me to sign quickly. They were very communicative throughout the process, answered my questions and overnighted necessary paperwork. He also helped me when shipping the vehicle down to me. Overall I’d say it was a great experience.

Nearly every time I have had to come into this dealership for my new 2024 Rav 4, there has been an inconvenience. Consistently there has been a lack of communication within the service department. I will be taking my business to a different dealership now that I have successfully finished my “free check ups”.
