Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly exceeded my expectations. My Sales Consultant, Dennis, was SO helpful and answered every question I had. I never felt rushed, and the entire process was easy. Dennis and the other employees went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase! Overall this was such a great experience.

I recently worked with Dennis Dunning to buyout an existing leased car. Dennis provided superior service and the buyout process could not have gone smoother. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The entire process took less than a half hour. I can't thank Dennis enough for his service.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP

This has been a horrible experience. This is my 3rd Infinity QX80 but this one is a LEMON!! I can be going 75 MPH and it drops like its neutral! I have had it in the shop several times but they return it UNFIXED! Today they were suppose to bring me a loaner and pick up my QX80 again but they brought me a grossly filthy loaner car which I refused to accept. I have been waiting since Aug 1 for them to provide me with a loaner and take my car as they promise to do when they are selling you a new car. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!

Everything went very well as usual.

Everything went very well as usual. Chantilly is a bit far for me since Tysons location has closed but valet service was offered for pick up and return. I dropped it off but used valet for the return.
