2015 Q70 [192K miles] - High Quality Service!! Roberto Carlos Sanchez, Service Advisor, was very professional and provided all information needed in servicing our Q70. A video from the Technician was provided, while I was waiting, to show the underside of my vehicle and overall Multi-Point Inspection...OUTSTANDING! Roberto made sure I was notified of any and all items that may need servicing, and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Roberto deserves to be recognized for his professionalism and dedication to customers. Highly recommend Sheehy Infiniti, and Roberto Carlos Sanchez!

they responded quickly and I purchased the car I had to wait for it but worth the wait shout out to Craig and Haseeb for helping me I would buy from them again even though I was 4 hours away. My trust is a hard thing to earn but they did. I appreciate everybody at the dealership.

Dealership service is very good. Rarely have to go back. Been for using for over 10 years. With coupons price is comparable to local shops. Nice, comfortable waiting area way better than any local shop I have used.

I live some distance from the dealership, and they picked up my car and brought it back after service. They did the work I asked for - without upselling - and got it done in a timely way. The pre-repair inspection of common areas of concern like battery posts and tire tread was videoed, and provided before the service rep call to get my agreement to proposed work. All the staff I encountered in person or on the phone were polite and capable. I have been driving cars since 1955, and this was the easiest, least stressful, service experience I have had.

Forest was amazing throughout about a month of dialogue over text, phone, and email. He really understood that we didn’t want to end up upside down on the trade unless there were some significant gains—and he delivered, with the help of AJ. My wife was able to get back into the vehicle line she truly loves after trying something else for a while. Forest and AJ worked hard to get us into a newer vehicle (by 2 years!) while also saving us 80,000 miles compared to where we were. We’re so grateful for their diligent work and the genuine relationship they built with us along the way. We also want to thank Eric, who made the final part of the process simple and stress-free by explaining everything clearly. If you’re in the market for a vehicle and find yourself in that area, we highly recommend Forest, AJ, and Eric at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. Top-notch team and dealership!
