They run your credit without your consen. They don’t disclose that a vehicle we in an accident. And they definitely don’t honor the extended warranty they sale.

Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Make sure you take any used vehicle you buy here to body shop and mechanic. Bought a CPO Highlander (clean CARFAX) only to realize the bumper doesn’t match and the vehicle hasn’t been serviced needed filters and cabin filter lid was missing. They offered to replace lid but said no on reimbursing cost of filters and paint matching the bumper.

Doesn't anyone check the BBB rating on dealerships anymore? I've been looking on cars.com also other sites for used cars. And check the BBB rating and almost every dealership I've looked up is not BBB and have an "F" rating including Labadie Toyota in bay city michigan. So sad people just can't trust any of the used cars unless you can afford a certified vehicle and I'm still not sure if it would make a difference. I hope someone can use this information to save them from being taken for a ride. Please do some research before you get burned 🔥. Only the BBB will tell you the truth about any auto sales you might be considering. Thanks for reading!!
