Transmission Issues on my 2019 Colorado
Awesome! The best communication ever! Another dealer attempted to fix the problem. Still had issues. Call Burt Watson where I purchased the truck. Rec'd a call back from the sales manager within 12 hours. Offered to bring me a vehicle of my choice to drive while they worked on my truck. After they picked up my truck from approximately 1 hr away, I had communications from 3 people that day. Then the actual transmission guy the next day, explained in detail what he was doing and why. Then later the same day, heard from the service manager to coordinate around my work schedule to bring me my truck the next day. Awesome group of people!

Oil change
I was very dissatisfied with my service. I asked for an oil change only, however, more was done. They wanted to charge me for everything!
