I was pleased with my interactions. The used car I purchased immediately had a problem (the valve on the tire was dcefective) but thet fixed it at no charge

I took my car in for overheating. They did a diagnostic test told me nothing showed up. They drove car and see it overheat. They put car up and seen holes in exhaust. Told me exhaust was plugged and to fix was $1350. I didn?t have the money for that. I had a friend replace flex pipe back. Still over heated. We then replaced what we originally thought was wrong. Replaced thermostat and sensor. No longer over heats. So we were charged $160 for a diagnostic test and what they wanted to replace wasn?t the problem. Not a happy customer

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are inept, especially Bob. Bob was asked specifically about a tow rating for a truck we were interested in buying. Considering we were driving from several hours away, this was important information for us to know ahead of time. As a DEALER of Ram trucks, he has access to information about the truck that we do not have, and instead of doing his due diligence, he looked up the answer on GOOGLE and gave us wrong information. How on Earth does a sales rep who has been doing this for years not know about gear ratios? We drove all the way there, purchased the truck, and then get home and find the original sticker and find out it did not have the tow package. Needless to say, I recommend you do NOT use this dealer. And if you do...stay away from Bob!

Service was very good.. I was a little surprised by the bill because when I explained the problem the service manage said it was probably the fuse blown even before someone looked at the truck. The service manage was correct and my bill for a 10amp fuse was $145. I would think they would have checked the fuse first which would have only taking about 15 minutes.

Had a great experience buying a car for my daughter. Kurt was straight to the point, no nonsense and got it all done quickly! Easiest car buying experience by far. I plan to use Kurt again in the near future for a car for myself. Super friendly, and accommodating. Thanks again Kurt!

I have purchased all my vehicles at Burritt Motors since 2013 and each time has been a pleasant experience. I have referred many of my friends and family to the dealership whenever they have been in search of vehicles. All of my purchases have been made through Anita Balducci, who has always made the process easy for me and all those I have referred to her. She is simply The Best.

I phoned and made sure that the used car I was interested in was available. I told a member of the sales team that I was leaving right away to come and see it. I told him that I lived 90 miles away, a 180 mile round trip. When I got there they told me that the car was just sold! They couldn't wait for me to get there? Or phone me when they sold it? And now I just noticed online that the car is still on their website! What's going on?
