BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a used $10,000 2017 Chrysler Pacifica back in January of this year. After driving the car for only 100 miles the check engine light popped up (they cleared the codes). I drove it back and had to fight with them to even look at the problem. It was a bad cam shaft and I then had to fight to get them to "fix" that. It took two months to fix and when I got the car back the oil is now a black sludge. They refused to look at the problem at all this time and told me black sludge is normal (laughable). After mentioning that I would contact a lawyer if the car was left unfixed, they trespassed me. Never buy a car from these scummy salesmen.

Would not recommend this dealership to anybody. Made appointment for vehicle at 9am on 3/20. Appointment was confirmed at 5pm night before. Used a vacation day and drove in from 1.5 hours away to find the vehicle was already sold. Compensation for 3 hours of driving and half a vacation day= $50 gas card.
