Amazing Service

Shay was super friendly and helpful! This was my first time getting a car by myself and she made it super simple and answered every single one of my questions. I went in for ONE test drive the day after we talked on the phone and I came back with a new car.

I appreciated the overall quality of visit. Helpful customer service and efficient service. Because of COVID, only had under 900 miles but a year and four months had passed since purchased! Was thankful for vehicle reminder of needed change. Thank you to Team Preferred!

Excellent Service .... Super Service Advisors

My 2020 Edge went in for the first oil change and tire rotation. The service couldn't have been better. Fast / efficent / effective. They went beyond expectations in keeping the vehicle clean. The Service Advisor were just EXCELLENT! Communications, follow through and promises..all kept.

Great service

Big Josh was excellent to work with! Very personable, polite, and zero pressure to buy. I called about a truck they had and big josh set up an appointment so he would not have any other customers to work with at the time I was arriving, giving me all of his time. When I arrived at the dealership he had the truck already for me to test drive. I would highly recommend working with Big Josh at preferred ford in grand haven.

After shopping online with about 8 dealers Preferred Fords salesman Ducky was one of only 2 dealers that had a robust follow up. (the other one was another Preferred dealer, same family). Excellent customer service at sales and the service dept.

Honest, fair and willing to deal

We had an excellent experience making a vehicle trade on a used vehicle. They were completely up front. I even checked the deal with another dealer/friend and it was spot on. Chris Swan was very helpful and good to work with.
