I have worked with Dick Dickenson with my last 3 vehicles he is so easy to work with and talk too. I refer everyone to him, he's not pushy just a straight up guy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The sales person was patient, reliable and very knowledgeable with the process of finding the safest vehicle for me to purchase. Being elderly, what l wanted to buy and what vehicle was safer and made me more confident while maneuvering, the salesperson took that into consideration.

Our salesperson Michael and the sales manager were fabulous. They helped my 84-year-old Mom with a lease on her new maverick. She was very particular about what she wanted, and they were able to track down exactly what she wanted and get it for her. She loves her new Maverick. She was treated with dignity and respect. Imlay City Ford will be our dealership moving forward. When I am ready for my next Escape.. I will be calling Michael. Betty Storey

They gave us a fair trade number and handled the whole transaction very well and gave us pizza while the vehicle was being prepped.

Great Dealership! The whole team is a pleasure to deal with. Sales, service and finance are all great to deal with. Been using this dealership since I moved to the area never had 1 bad experience here!
