Best buying/financing experience ever. Coltrane did a fantastic job explaining our finance and warranty options so that we could determine what were the best solutions for our needs. The dealership then leveled up with the post sale, we were contacted by Marc Porcaro a few days later who wanted to make sure we were enjoying our new Expedition. That’s going above and beyond customer expectations! The Black Stealth appearance edition is amazing. Thanks to all for making this dream come true!

Bryan was great to work with. He helped through the entire process and was the consummate professional. Dan (Sales Manager) also checked in to ensure I was taken care of. Great experience especially not being from Wisconsin and having my vehicle randomly break down.

Buyer beware! I’m appalled with this business and I don’t want anyone else to go through what we have. We purchased a used vehicle from them in August, and the vehicle has been in the shop for more almost the entire time since we purchased it. it has a severe safety issue where it shuts down while driving it, sometimes at high speeds. Pecaro has absolutely refused to take any responsibility and it has cost us thousands. The GM, Dan, is belligerent, unprofessional, and uncaring. We are in the process of reporting Porcaro to the DOT for consumer protections, and are considering litigation. Please consider buying from someone else - Porcaro does NOT stand by their vehicles!

The car was great but when I got home I noticed the back tires were shot, My local dealer would never let a car off the lot with bad tires that need replacing someone missed the ball on that inspection

I contacted Porcaro Ford about a used Aston Martin they have for sale. Spoke to salesman Chris Balke, who didn't know much about the car, and requested specific information and a video of gauge cluster while running and a convertible top operation. Being out of state the video and other requested information was the first step in evaluating the car before driving 4 hours to view it. Balke sent a video (which did not show the gauge cluster) but no other information. I've since sent him two separate emails inquiring about the other information I requested, and he doesn't even respond now. Not a good way to sell a fairly expensive car. I was strongly interested in the Aston as it was exactly what I was looking for. They've now lost a sale.

I put in a request to see a car Bentley convertible. I requested pictures. They gave me none. I can’t buy a car I don’t know what looks like. Still reply after 3 attempts.
