You guys are the best , and Tom has to be the Greatest part of your business . He goes totally out of his way,to help me when ever I come down for service . I hope he’s making as much as he can be making . He’s why I keep coming back to Subaru.

The service department is stellar. They are responsive and prompt and do an excellent job. Tom was wonderful to work with. I also had a great experience in recent car purchase. Everything was seamless and Jeff was very accommodating.

Exceptional service every time. Utilized Subaru Express Service for routine maintenance and subsequently replaced rear wheel bearings all without making a follow-up appointment.

I made an appt. weeks in advance & the holiday was open as usual. Got right in, provided a status report as they were still checking the car for my yearly inspection. Pad for breaks were assessed for future planning under current use/conditions. The fellas and general staff are more than willing to get what you need done and manage around your timeframe or need of a car for use. Have had great experience there the last 6 yrs ;will not go anywhere else.

I recently purchased a Forester Hybrid from Five Star Subaru. I worked with Michelle Bonker and George Wells. They impressed me with their professionalism and I found them both to be very down to earth, sweet people. There was no sign of deception, or bait and switch, or that feeling that something is not right. In fact, they never tried to sell me anything. Just gave me info and let me ask questions. In the end, everything went well and I am very happy with my deal, and my experience. I highly recommend them!!!
