A high volume dealership. Wasn’t too happy about my trade in value considering it’s marked up 7K. Then with Tier 1 (815) credit got me at 7.99%. I know the interest rates are high but I did better with my local bank! But hey it’s a car dealership right. Once the purchase was complete, the consultant seemed withdrawn when I wasn’t interested in extended warranties or add ons. At least the markdown of the vehicle was worth the experience.

Buying from Ingersoll has been the worst experience. In less than a year, I've realized it was a mistake to buy my car from them. I go in for one thing and end up with something worse. Think twice before buying from them.

We had an excellent experience at Ingersoll from start to finish. Everyone we worked with especially Dean, Pete and Jorge were great, professional, helpful and made the entire process incredibly smooth. We will definitely recommend Ingersoll Auto of Danbury!

KARLA, Was the best most professional qualified sales woman ! Even during a snow storm with two feet of snow clearing the lot and cars, Karla still sold the car we were looking for. She followed through all the way to deliver ! Highly recommend her extra effort to even follow through on her day off from work.

When I test drove the vehicle i purchased, I was asked by the salesman, Joe, "how it felt driving". I explained that it felt like there was tire out of balance when driving on the highway. He was very knowledgeable and assured that there if there was an issue it would be corrected. When I spoke with Evan P. regarding the purchase of the vehicle, I explained that before I picked up the vehicle, I would like the tires/suspension inspected and balanced, a quote to fix the very minor paint issue on the running board. All requests were agreed to. When I picked up the vehicle and I inquired about the paint issue, I was informed the dealership does not do body work and therefor did not provide a quote. My error for forgetting to ask about the tire balancing. When I got home, (about an hour and 10mins from the dealership) I began to look at dashboard features and noticed all 4 tires had different PSI notated (either under or very over inflated). It was then realized the tires were never balanced. I spoke with Evan P. about this and was informed, "the vehicle was inspected and I signed of the inspection", "the tires are aggressive in style and it is normal for there to be some vibration". None of this was helpful or accurate and I asked to speak to the Service Manager. After speaking with Shep L., we agreed a trip back to the dealership was unreasonable but he would reimburse me for having it done locally. Appreciated but should have already been done. While at my local Dodge Dealership they completed their own inspection and found that although the brake pads are new, the rotors were not replaced. The rotors have warping which results in squealing brakes. I guess this doesn't make their inspection report or quality standards. The dodge dealer also notified me of "track lighting" on the back tailgate needing replacement. The cost for this repair is north of $1700! I'm sure this is not a "safety issue" but also sure it wsnt on an inspetion report inspection report. Lastly this vehicle was sold to me with a trailer package. My mistake for not inspecting it and assuming it was a factory installed trailer package; however, it is not and the aftermarket wiring for this does not work. Overall, I am disappointed to say the least in the quality and service. I'm sure I can't blame the dealership for all of this but given the reputation and the price I paid for this vehicle I did not expect to be getting a fixer upper. I have spoken to them multiple times. As they say to al dissatisfied customers. "Please call us" why so Evan can again tell that all vehicles are unique and you wont do anything but would be happy sell me another vehicle! No thank you Evan.

Great experience and chemistry Joseph Etcheto was just flat out fantastic He made sure the car I wanted was available and worked on my time to make sure I was happy with this decision
