First Time Buying A Car Made Easy

I was buying my first ever car and Chris was beyond helpful with breaking everything down so I understood the process. The car I wanted ended up being at a different lot but he managed to find an even better car, at almost the same price, that I love 10 times more. He was willing to show me multiple cars and allow me to really nit pick everything. He even gave me his cell phone number so he could help me whenever needed. I would definitely come back and see Chris is ever needed a new car, but hopeully that wont be anytime soon!

Fair deal when bought and sold

A few years ago I arrived at Danbury Kia interested in purchasing a 2015 Kia Optima EX. After a little bit of haggling with the salesperson (I'm unable to recall his name) we agreed on a price that was very fair. The car had 7000 miles at time of purchase. It was used for commuting to and from work; 60 miles each way. Recently, I brought the car back to the dealership for a software update. While in the lounge, (waiting room) I observed a "Kelly Blue Book" banner that stated the dealership also buys cars. Perfect timing, since I recently retired and was now looking to sell my car. I spoke with a Danbury Kia representative, Mrs. Christine Almonte, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She, along with another employee, looked over my car while I waited in the lounge. Within minutes, Mrs. Almonte returned and after a brief moment of haggling, we reach an agreement of what I thought was a very fair price. This is where Mrs. Almonte and a coworker, Tiffany, went above and beyond. My car was financed through a small, lesser known bank. After we shook hands and sealed the deal, I paid off my loan by check. But the bank would not immediately provide a lien release for the title. The bank stated it would take weeks (20 days or more). Mrs. Almonte and Tiffany, both of whom are very experienced with these matters, were able to expedite the process efficiently and professionally. What could have taken weeks or perhaps a month, took only days. Danbury Kia, and their customers should take solace in knowing that customer service is extremely important to the employees of this dealership. I will, without hesitation, recommend Danbury Kia to my family and friends who are interested in buying their next vehicle.

A laid back selling experience at Danbury Kia

We just recently sold our 2015 Dodge Challenger to Danbury Kia through the Acquisitions Coordinator, Christine Almonte and could not be more pleased with the process. She was knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. We would not hesitate to work with her again.

Selling my 2015 Jeeo Grand Cherokee

I was contacted by Tiffany inquiring about my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee after I did a KBB instant cash offer to get rid of my vehicle. I had several dealerships calling inquiring about it but Tiffany was the only one that seemed truly genuine, and that she was. After speaking with her I decided to bring my vehicle up for appraisal. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Tiffany and her manager Vinny. Vinny inspected the vehicle and then went inside to generate an offer. He came back with an offer that I couldn’t refuse and I was able to finally sell my car!! Through the whole process they treated me with the upmost respect and never once pressured me in trying to purchase a vehicle to replace the one I just sold. So when I’m finally in the market to purchase a vehicle again I will be coming here!

Great buying experience!

Sales asked all the right questions to ensure i was buying the car that best fit my needs. They also gave me a great trade in for my car and got me in the car I was looking for within my budget!

Had exactly what we were looking for

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Felt more like a family business then a car dealership. They took my trade in. moved all my stuff to the new car and we drove the car home. Amazing.

Great Experience

Jake was professional and friendly, made the buying experience easy and straightforward. the F&I team didn't pull our credit more than we asked (less hard inquiries), and they handled the trade-in, payoff, insurance, etc. seamlessly. We bought a pre-owned Ford off the lot, but They treated the sale like it was a Kia. Very pleased overall.

No Hass

Our Salesman Chris Keefe Was excellent, new exactly what we were looking for didn't wast our time showing cars out side our budget. Had a good knowledge of the product line and walked My husband and I though the whole process. I found all of the staff I dealt with professional and friendly. Best buying experience I've had!

I found the sales staff to be professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. My car was recently totalled and I had to find a new car in a tight time frame. They were very accommodating, but applied no pressure which ultimately helped me make my final decision. They promptly answered every question I had, and the process of picking up my car was seamless. I also appreciated the Finance Manager who applied no pressure to purchase additional warranties. I ended up getting an incredible deal on a Certified Pre-owned Hyundai Elantra. This was my best car buying experience so far!
