Dan in service is my favorite employee at this Kia location. He is extremely knowledgeable of cars and is always very polite and pleasant to deal with. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Service department sneaks fees into price without telling you. Charged me a document storage fee for an oil change. Never told me. Feels like theft.

We are sorry you were disappointed in your experience. This is a legitimate fee which is added to all service transactions to cover the costs to archive documentation securely.

It doesn’t cost 6 dollars to store a record of my oil change and we agreed on a price and you changed it. The cost of toilet paper in your bathroom is a legitimate cost but you don’t add it to the bill. I feel adding things not disclosed is fraud.

The courtesy and professionalism is always at a level that is so far beyond the other dealerships I’ve dealt with. I travel almost an hour each way to actually get my car service serviced at this location because it really does make a world of difference when you feel safe and valued.

What a pleasure!! I had an emergency and did not have an appointment. The parts department got me what I needed, and the service department was able to get me right in to fix the issue while I waited. What a great experience!
