Write a reviewWent there for an oil change. Service reps were rude, unhelpful, and flippant about service. I am a new jeep owner and they lost a potential customer for the duration I will have my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and patronize one of the other jeep dealerships in the area for service. I don’t recommend this service center to anyone

Took my 2012 10 year old jeep there 3 times to fix an ABS light problem. first said i had to replace a sensor. Light came back on $450. then told me need new wheel bearing, 550. then told me need new abs module. 1020. 1 day after the module change and 2k in the light came back on with the same code. now they told me need a new connector at the ABS module because it was damaged and it would cost another 1020 to fix... i took the car home and inspected the module connector and turns out its not damaged at all. then i inspected the connector at the sensor they changed the first time around seems that the connector on the car side at that sensor has been the issue the whole time. so i fastened it tightly and taped it... guess what 2 weeks now and no light on. these people are either crooks or have no idea what they are doing. side note on one of the times i went to pick up the car. it wouldn't start so the guys jumped me and asked if i wanted them to put a new battery. i went home and looks like it wouldn't start because they didnt tighten the battery clamp.... I wen there because i thought it was reputable i should of done my research first. im mostly angry that i let them take advantage of me. I am mechanically inclined but have no time to do any of the work i can imagine how many people are getting ripped off here daily and have no idea.

I have used Pamby service a number of times over the years, in part because finding competent Dodge service in the Danbury area seems to be a challenge. Pamby was generally competent, if a bit pricy. Unfortunately it looks like their service has gone rather sharply down hill. 3 years ago I had to replace the navigation/radio unit on my Dodge Charger. I was told the factory unit was no longer available, but they had an Alpine unit they could put in as a drop in replacement. And it did drop in, although I didn't find out until later that it had no Sirius capability, and such service couldn't be added. Not critical, so I just lived with it. Recently I lost the navigation and clock capabilities on the Alpine unit. Since the radio continues to work, I suspect a problem with the satellite antenna connection, so I tried to schedule an appointment to get it diagnosed. I didn't want to drop it off and wait a day or two for the work to be done (since diagnosis should not take a huge amount of time), but the service desk indicated that was my only option. I asked to speak to a manager, and that broadened my options, since they had some "waiting" slots later in the week. But in further discussion, it was clear they didn't have anyone who actually knew about Alpine units available to work on it. So they stuck me with an Alpine unit that was not a true replacement, and further they have no service for the replacement. Perhaps they are still okay for the simple stuff -- they are far enough away that I don't use them for that. But frankly this whole episode leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth, and I can no longer recommend them for anything significant.

They refused to give me a service appointment because they claimed I left a poor review from a repair in 2020 which was not true. Furthermore, even though I've spent thousands of dollars in repairs over the years, since I didn't buy my truck from them, I'm not their customer and they don't have to service my vehicle. They have blacklisted me on their computer system!

They actually think if a practice is legal it is ethical. This is the worst service and purchase I have ever made. I would say to stay away.

Pamby Motors. Don’t take your vehicle there. I was told not to but didn’t listen. Took it there to have a recall fixed, wheel alignment and brake job. Got a huge bill which I understand to a point because the Jeep is 30 years old but then other issues started popping up. It wouldn’t start then they needed to repair more of the brakes because they don’t make the brake parts any longer. I paid my bill and had to have my Jeep towed. I read other complaints and they are based in truth. Only time will tell if the work they performed will last. I am not going to comment on the staff because they were professional. I find it very suspicious that they tried to recoup costs of a recall.

Horrible Service, even if they weren't liars they are not worthy of your hard-earned money. You will regret buying a car here, just read all the others.

While I cannot speak for the entire staff here, I dealt with one extremely rude and condescending salesman at Pamby. He was unprofessional and rude. I will take my business somewhere else.

Sales person affirmed that can honor an advertised lease deal. Then spent time giving minimal information to where he was coming up with price twice advertised. Him and manager Refused to disclose lease terms unless I agreed his final number written on a piece of scrap paper with no breakdown. manager said terms are too complicated and I would not understand them, I felt belittled and insulted. Said “you’re dreaming” in reference to advertised lease rate, “what I’m showing you is the reality” Fairly confrontational. Kept saying they’re not in the business of selling cars, they are in the business of building relationships. Clearly they are not good at either, I’d rather buy a car from someone in the business of selling it. I took the time to give them feedback about what they can do to capture my business in the future, but they did not respond.

We have life time service warranty and jeep still under manufacturing warranty. We had paint bubbling on leading edge of hood. Dealershiper would not cover repair. We were told that since we did not buy the jeep from Pamby Motors we should take it back to where we bought it. That is not how jeep warranty service works. Tim Pamby refused to look at our jeep or honor warranty. We called Jeep Chrylers Fiat Customer Care. The issue that we brought to Tim Pamby about the paint bubbling is a problem across the board with Jeep/Chrysler/Fiat products stated by Customer Care Rep. We were instructed by customers care rep to have Pamby Motors take a picture of problem and have them submit paperwork to have jeep/Chrysler cover repair because this was a manufacturer recognized problem. Tim Pamby refused to take pic to submit claim to jeep/Chrysler. Jeep/Chrysler/Fiat Rep had to call Pamby Motors to address the issue and they refused to work with Customer Care Rep. Jeep/Chryler/Fiat Customer Care Rep got us an appointment with another dealership and they looked at our issue and said that the bubbles on our hood are clearly what jeep/Chrysler/fiat manufacturer knows is a problem and it will be covered by the manufacturer. New Dealership took pictures and did paperwork for claim and with in an hour we were contacted that the repair would be covered by jeep/Chrysler/fiat. Pamby Motors gave us a quote of $1500 to do repair and they said it would not be covered under any of our warranties or manufacturer warranty. This is upsetting when the issue we reported is a manufacturer issue that they are aware of and will repair if the dealership would have just issued the claim.
