Nicole and Rocco made this transaction as smooth as possible! From the initial phone call till I left the lot with the truck. I had a situation where I had to find a truck in an emergency, they had a 2024 Sierra AT4 , 2500. On the lot. I called Nicole that morning and took the ferry from Long Island to Connecticut and within three hours I was there.. The truck was detailed and waiting outside for me and was 100% mint like brand new. Gave them a check in full and I was out in 30 minutes.. The easiest transaction I’ve experienced to date. I purchased a total of three vehicles was thinking about buying a fourth, but that may all change with a simple trip to the service department. I brought my ram 1500 to get a 21 point inspection of the truck because my wife was going to be using the truck in Georgia while visiting my daughter. The service writer Sam called me and told me there was a number of things wrong with the truck we needed to get the radiator , upper control arm, sway bar links and the rear pinion seal all replaced. We agreed to do so over $3000 worth of work done. We scheduled another appointment to get backing plates done to resolve a parking brake issue. The next day we picked it up. Over the weekend we started to hear a loud noise coming from the back of the truck. I called the service department and asked them to see if they could find out where the noise was coming from. The following day my wife went there where a mechanic rode with her. They agreed the sound was coming from the rear differential where they just did the rear pinion seal. Sam the service writer and the mechanic told my wife the truck will be fine. I had my mechanic from my company I work for ride in the truck with me after I heard a banging noise coming from the back of the truck. He informed me it’s coming from the rear differential. He inspected it and found that the differential fluid was quart low. I called Branhaven and spoke to the service manager who informed me that they didn’t want to add any because they didn’t want to charge me twice because they would have to replace the fluid after the backing plates. That is issue number one. The second is on the way down to Georgia we started to hear a rattling noise coming from the middle of the truck and then what sounded like an exhaust leak. The next morning after arriving to our daughters I inspected the exhaust clamp lost a bolt and the other three where extremely rusted where they where almost nothing left to them. I had to fly back home and had my wife bring the truck to a repair shop where they charged us close to $400 to replace two bolts. I called and spoke to the service manager again and after emailing him pictures of the bolts he said you most likely only have an exhaust leak, and it’s cause because we live in the north. That’s all find and dandy but that should have been seen during my initial visit. Not to mention exhaust fumes cause carbon monoxide which is very dangerous. I may just start bringing my bussiness to Milford dodge and jeep for now on if they don’t rectify and make this right.
