It was horrible and stressful. The communication between the people inside the dealership is awful. The right hand didn't know what the left was doing. I was really interested in purchasing a vehicle they had and no one could tell me anything about it or even send me pics. There were multiple people answering my emailed questions and they all told me something different. This went on for over a week. Come to find out the car wasn't even on the lot. I ended up purchasing from another dealership a week or so later. After my purchase this dealership finally sent me pics of the car I wanted. A LITTLE TOO LATE!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with dealer. Just bought a “new car” and explained very detailed we have an autistic son and don’t have time for shenanigans. They sold us a jeep grand Cherokee that shakes after 60 mph. And now they are ignoring us.

Extremely disappointing experience. We had a scheduled appointment to see a specific vehicle and made it clear we’d be bringing our infant. Despite that, they allowed us to test drive a vehicle with an active airbag recall — a serious safety issue they either missed or failed to disclose. When we arrived, the staff knew almost nothing about the vehicle despite our appointment. It wasn’t even on the primary lot, cleaned, prepped, or handled with even basic professionalism. Even worse, they didn’t tell us the vehicle had a stop-sale recall until 48 hours after we placed a deposit. At no point did they reach out proactively — every update came only after multiple attempts to contact them. Calls and emails were largely ignored after our deposit was placed. We interacted with several dealerships during our search, and this was by far the least responsive and most careless. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 2024 Genesis GV80 from Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram City Greenwich and worked with Billa Falla, Neerja Tandon and Andy Rodriguez. They worked with me and were transparent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle. Matt from Norwalk, CT.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Worst vehicle purchase ever. Arrogant management. Bought a new Jeep end of February and on April 10th still don't have NY registration. Ct Temps expired. Excuses abound. No remedies offered. Told if you get a ticket for unregistered they will pay ticket, boloney. What about tow fees when vehicle is removed for unregistered operation. Purchased tons of vehicles and never been treated so bad.

Jim McMachan is the worst so-called general manager . Arrived for my scheduled appointment to look at a pre-owned vehicle and agreed to purchase the vehicle. Left a deposit and credit application that was approved. Then has the salesman and sales manager call me to say that he needed a delivery date, which was already given. Then threatened me, saying he would sell the vehicle. Would not return my call, and only to find out through his sales manager that he sold the vehicle. Didn't have the b***s to call me or find out from the salesman that I was picking up the car the following week ,which would be my next day off, me being in the same business. It's such a shame that this dealership actually has someone like this in charge of professional salesman and sales manager who actually stayed late and made the deal happen and have Jim McMachan decieve a customer who drove over an hour in the pouring rain just to be lied to. Stay away!

Everything was great from beginning to end. Antonio was great. He was very Helpful, and nut pushy. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful.
