I had a great experience working with Freddy Difo at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, honest, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything. Freddy made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and never made me feel pressured. What stood out the most was how responsive and patient he was — he answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and will take care of you, ask for Freddy. Highly recommend!

By far the worst customer service I have ever received! Service manager Moriah Santos may have been the rudest, most condescending, and disrespectful employee I have ever spoken to. I had my 2021 Ram towed in for service thinking it may have been a problem with the starter or alternator which were covered under my warranty. She told me that the work I needed wouldn’t be covered under warranty even though they had not run a diagnostics check yet! (That’s like hearing from the nurse that you have cancer before the doctor has even checked on you!) Say anything to make sure we have to pay out of our own pocket rather than be covered under warranty. I had to pay for an uber to work because they don’t provide loaners and when I asked about it she said I would have to contact Stellantis for a rental but it probably wouldn’t be covered because my the issue wasn’t covered under warranty (even though at this point they still did not know what was wrong) Had it dropped off on Monday and didn’t retrieve it until Thursday when I showed up to find out that they never even looked at it! I asked to retrieve my car seats out of my vehicle and while I removed them I asked a service tech what was wrong he said “Oh it’s just the battery. Give me like 30-45 minutes” What!?! Three days to find out it was just a battery!? He said “She probably moved you to the bottom of the list because you called and bothered her” Are we kidding!? Not to mention the cost to change this battery was $675.00!!!!! They have the battery listed as $442.00 when any battery for this vehicle is listed for no more than $260.00. Worst customer service. Worst prices. Worst experience!! I’d rather pay a Mom and Pop mechanic my life savings than experience this again. Stay away!

The fees prior to the itemized contact and taxes on used vehicles just about overcome a 20% down payment and to top it off, they'll "forget" to give you copies of some of your important documents you signed which raised my concerns. The sticker price is no where near the actual price. The car was $24,000, even with $5,000 down, I walked out paying $27,000. You will feel scammed and angry after dealing with this dealership. I strongly suggest you avoid them.
