I'm a loyal All-American Ford of Hackensack Service Department customer because they're always reliable & trustworthy. Always a pleasure! Tatiana (my Service Advisor) is the consummate professional. She's pleasant, thorough, informative & efficient. I told her that I started feeling ill during my visit & she went above & beyond to ensure that my Bronco's service was completed well & in a timely manner. Tatiana & the team are outstanding & the only Service Department that I trust with my 2024 Bronco.

Excellent customer service with Tatiana at All American Ford. She was professional at all times and represented the company well. Very thorough with the sign in process and follow-up!! Most importantly Tatiana kept me informed throughout the wait process for the car repair. She also explained the final invoice with knowledge and adeptness. The waiting area was clean, well lit and provided adequate accommodations. Bathroom rooms were clean and WiFi acceptable. The remainder of the All American team was courteous. Satisfied overall with my experience! I only wish the repair costs weren’t so high. It’s seems All American is on the high side of repair costs. Let’s work on those high cost ratios All American. The costs might have me changing All American as my service provider. Final note: I wasn’t informed until the time of payment there was a limit on the percentage of the final bill that could be placed on my charge card. Really??!! This caused me to leave the shop walk across the main highway on hot, humid day and find a Chase bank to withdraw the balance of the payment needed. Unnecessary and a hardship for your customers. Change your policy, offer car service to the bank or at least inform customers in advance. Frustrating!

I bought my Escape about 2 years ago at this dealership and had a great experience. I've been using their valet service for oil changes and it's super convenient. The staff is friendly and professional. On my most recent service they found some developing issues and are repairing them under warranty. As a senior and a widow, its a relief to have the problem detected and solved before breaking down on the road. You're in good hands at All American Ford.

Steve Laverde my service advisor arranged for pick up and delivery to take care of a recall on my 2018 Ford Explorer. As always, he explained what happened and what needed to be fixed and returned the car as promised the same day. Everyone at All American Ford has done a great job from the receptionist to answer the phone to the service advisor who keeps me informed on the progress of my repairs and the drivers who pick up and deliver my vehicle. Everyone is very customer oriented and would highly recommend All American Ford for purchase and service.

The work of the auto tax has been a high-quality. Steven Laverte my service manager does an excellent job at keeping me informed. The pick up and delivery service is excellent.
