I’ve bought two cars from North Coast, and they’ve kept both of them in top‑notch shape. I really appreciate their free drop‑off service so you don’t have to sit around waiting. My car went in for an inspection and oil change, and they even sent a video walking through their full checkup and any potential issues. No pressure, no upselling, just honest information. Everyone there is courteous, efficient, and incredibly responsive if you call with a question or need an appointment. It’s refreshing to get old‑fashioned, personalized service instead of feeling like just a number.

Worst dealership I have dealt with in my many years of purchasing a car. Advertised price was fake. When I called to get a final price the salesperson and sales manager said the price advertised on all the third-party sights (e.g., cars.com, truecar.com, etc.) were not correct. They quoted me the KBB price instead. Even their own website had the same advertised price but they did not honor it. Typical bait and switch scam. Not sure how they are still in business. Absolutely awful experience.

Bunch of scams. Run away from this place. Bought a used $37,000 vehicle from these guys. On the web site says one thing but when you go there it's different. I was back there less then 24 hours with issues. I paid $1,500 for complete detailing. When I looked in the back seat it was full of glass. They took my money. Be careful with the mileage. Looking very funny. Now on the inspection there is the mileage. Bought this problem in August. They didn't want to fix nothing I found within like 2 days. Needed breaks, rotors all around. Trust me this DEALERSHIP should be investigated! Please safe your money and go somewhere else.

I knew my tires were in need of replacing so I expected my last scheduled maintenance would address that. I was very satisfied. The service included everything… the mechanics checked rims, mounted a set of 4 excellent tires, balanced and aligned to my approval and delight. I bought my 2021 Crosstrek Ltd from North Coast Subaru February 2021 and have enjoyed the safety and quality of my vehicle every day! I felt the difference the new tires made immediately and will continue to use this service station though I have 2 Subaru Dealerships much closer to my home because I love the professionalism, the high level of mechanical competence and the ability to schedule, wait for and complete service on time! Thank you North Coast Subaru!

I had my 2015 cross trek in for inspection, oil change and 36000 mile service. That is not a typo, My crosstrek has very low mileage. I started to notice a rattling and one time it was so loud I was scared to even drive. A local mechanic came to my house, looked under the hood and everything seemed fine. We brought it to his shop where it was put on a lift and what was discovered will shock you! The exhaust shield wasn’t bolted at all! There is no excuse for this. I didn’t complain when they lost the key to my car a couple of years ago, but this carelessness in inexcusable. Makes me wonder if it was carelessness or done on purpose to bring the car back in and charge me for unnecessary work!

In all of the years I’ve purchased cars, this has by far been the best experience over at North Coast Subaru. I walked in and right away I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I didn’t have an appointment, but they assured me I would be handled in a timely matter. My salesman Jose walked up to me, introduced himself, I showed him what I wanted and he delivered. We went on a test drive where Jose explained in detail all the functions of the car and made sure I felt comfortable. I had a few questions regarding financing vs cash and I was also able to meet the general manager Eric who further explained my options regarding this. At this point I was confident in my decision and the integrity of the dealership. My wife was very happy. Much thanks to my North Coast Family !
