On Friday, March 13th, Aaron was my Service Advisor. Very thorough and knowledgeable. When I returned in the afternoon the place was hopping with customers. He saw me and offered to go out to the lot and retrieve my vehicle while I paid my invoice. They do have other individuals that normally do that, but out of courtesy he left his work station and I was out of there in no time. That act of kindness made a very good impression on me. Please recognise his efforts for upholding his employers reputation for quality work and customer service.

First time in my 30 years of new vehicle ownership experience has a dealer service department come through to make my ownership experience far much better than the manufacturer.

I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. Ralph, my service advisor was a true professional through the entire process. They kept my car longer than I’d like, but it was well worth it. Kudos to Ralph and the technicians that worked on my car!

Peter Wendell was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He has been at the dealership for several decades. He is knowledgeable, personable and does not act like the typical "car salesman". He was honest, efficient and extremely fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy an Audi! I cannot say enough good things about him and my overall experience at the dealership. The entire process was easy and stress free and I walked away with a beautiful car for a great price!

All good and well. Only complaint I have was the dealership was too far from my house. Salesman Angelo was great. He was a great help. He knows what he was doing. Keep up the good work and move to Audi near me. Lol

I just want to share my gratitude and appreciation for the service I've received at the dealership. It was a minor work but it raised Paul Miller service department high in my eyes. Matt Osserman, Service Manager , not only behaved as a great professional, but, he showed his good human nature. The job is not easy but Matt is definitely at the top.
