If you love your car - STAY AWAY.

If you love your car - STAY AWAY. Every time I brought my car there they couldn’t diagnose like a mechanic so they just replace parts. They are incapable of making mechanical decisions. Since everything is hooked up to diagnostics simple tasks like diagnosing a water pump or putting a rim on and torquing the lugs to spec. Last time I was there they over tightened the lugs and the new shop couldn’t get them off. Fast forward. I spoke with the manager. He’s useless as boobs on a bull. No accountability. No responsibility. They just want your money and will try and replace everything in your car. Go anywhere else but here. Can’t rotate tires and torque wheels properly? That’s sad.

I have purchased 2 cars from DeCozen.

I have purchased 2 cars from DeCozen. Unfortunately, based on my experience with the service rep I was assigned to when I brought my car in for service yesterday, I will not be back to this dealership to purchase/lease or service this vehicle or any future vehicles.

Love working with Joe Manse and DeCozen.

Love working with Joe Manse and DeCozen. This is the second Jeep Grand Cherokee I have leased from them (and the third vehicle in total) and it is always a pleasure working with them.

There are other jeep/dodge dealerships - go there The first salesman I worked with was smart and helpful.. I went back and had a completely different experience with same salesman. It’s their bait and switch algorithm manipulating tactics that soured the deal but I nonetheless bought the vehicle. The jeep was sold with a warranty. I was guaranteed that the vehicle was inspected and brought to highest standards. Within months my daughter experienced the death wobble. When I brought it in I was charged the 100 deductible for the warranty- 200 for alignment and 550 for brakes that did not need! I’m going to pursue this matter with JEEP. They took advantage of me as a parent - as a woman and they lied over trivial things. They said the car was being worked on but when I showed up hours after they said it would be done- it appeared that they did not even start . The service manager was at lunch and I was told he was on a test drive- why lie? They ignored my texts for hours and then said they needed 10 minutes- 45 minutes later it was finally finished and a warranty item ended up costing 940 - all the nickel and doming tactics are lousy AND they’re rude condescending and arrogant- astonishing customer service behavior. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This the dealership of choice if you value high quality, professional, and efficient service. I was able to purchase my new 2026 Jeep Wrangler within 30 minutes of arrival. The environment was quiet, allowing me to have a virtual business meeting while waiting in the comfort of the sales managers office.

The sales manager was wonderful.

The sales manager was wonderful. My issue is no spare tire, plus my documents were supposed to be mailed and they weren't. Instead they went to the dealership. Now I have to provide the Vin # so they can forward the license plate and registration to me. Totally disappointed since I live in a different state. Meanwhile my temporary tags are going to expire in a few days!
