Jerry helped facilitate shipping the car to me here in Denver Colorado, which made things incredibly convenient. Shortly after arrival, I noticed a suspension-related issue. Jerry and the used car manager Sanjeev stepped up right away and covered the cost to have a local shop repair it. Their proactive support turned what could have been a headache into a non-issue. He assisted me with my software updates and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The entire staff went out of their way to assist me. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The facility itself was spotless, comfortable, and even offered excellent beverages while I waited — a very nice touch. To top it all off, they even washed my car before returning it, which I truly appreciated. Thank you for such an exceptional experience. Excellent experience..cooperation and understanding between service advisor (Ms.Ruiz) and I was perfect….she researched the tires and came up with one of my choices at a good price(I wanted Good Year or Michelin)…she displayed a great deal of patience as our price calculation was a bit off and she took time to recalculate item by item….

Great dealership, very professional the sales person Richard, the best sales person to do business I called on February 27. The guy his name is Ray Ray. He made me appointment for 4 o’clock in the afternoon. From there I dealt with the salesperson Richard. he made sure that everything is ready for me so on February 28 I picked up the car. I’m very happy with that.
