I brought my car for service to this dealership and the service advisor whose name is Luis Balder was exceptional. He really help me a lot. The car was done very fast and when I picked it up looked like brand new. I highly recommend this dealership. Workers are very professional and friendly. Rand Rover in Parsippany keep up the excellent job you do.

Mike is very professional. Just a recommendation for the lady cashier where payment is made. She should try to put more effort in accurately describing where a customer’s car can be obtained especially when it is raining. Otherwise, the dealership provides good service.

Bob at the service counter couldn’t have been more helpful. I was checked-in, given my loaner and out the door in a timely manner. I was kept up to date about standard maintenance issues that arose which were covered by my warranty and got my car back same day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
