This was honestly my worst experience with the service

This was honestly my worst experience with the service center at Salerno Duane. My car had to be serviced 2 times within a month with the second service job taking 6 weeks to fix my car. My engine was taken apart to only find out my engine wasn't the problem it was a/c compressor. I drive every day for work so see patients in their homes. No accommodations what so ever were made to provide a loaner car. I asked for the service manager to call me. I never received a call from anyone to even tell me what was wrong with car until I asked. Jillian did provide adequate communication although it was all via text. Every other dealership I have dealt with would have at least provided a car wash or a tank of gas for my vehicle considering there was no loaner car ever provided for a duration of 6 weeks. I would not recommend this service center to anyone. I have been a jeep/doge customer for several years and I will be returning to Nielson not Salerno Duane should I choose to purchase another jeep vehicle.

Yet again, spectacular service, courtesy, and communication. Matt checked me in when I dropped off my Jeep, a day early (my scheduling needs) crisply. He recognized me, by name, as I walked in the door. ..and the team actually finished the work the same day! A day before my appointment! Yes, unusual for sure most times, but they had the bandwidth that day and delivered! This is why I’m a client of the whole dealership for 30 [35?) years!

We had some problems getting the mirror, but I know that

We had some problems getting the mirror, but I know that is a function of the supplier rather than Salerno Duane. The guys notified me promptly when it finally came in AND was not broken in transit. I was able to schedule an appointment to have the mirror installed soon thereafter and the guys did a great job. In fact, it was done same day I dropped off the car instead of the next day. Great job! Many thanks for the excellent service. Best regards, Mark S. Dow.

The service department has excellent customer service. Jaylen, my service advisor is very professional and kept me informed as I waited for my vehicle to be done. Every time I come in for my appointment, it's always a pleasant time.
