Purchased a 2025 Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited a month ago I’m experiencing the following issues 1. Connectivity issues Trip log delayed 4 to 5 days OTA Software updates do not download into the car 2. Navigation Live Traffic issues 3. Radio Head unit issues Random screen freezes and crashes Radio software crashes Not something I expect from a 50,000 Dollar Purchase

The service department at SDCJ is second to none. The teams level of professionalism and patience was the best of I've ever experienced. Will, the shop manager and several other team members were able to simplify my cars concerns in such a way that i truly understood the what and why the recommended services had to be done. I was very comfortable trusting the process and they did not disappoint. 😊 Kudos team.👏
