It took almost five hours to get the job done. The service person told me, rear brake pads needs to be replace and gave me the quote. But then when the work is done I found rotors was also replaced and brake fluid service was added. The costs were about twice much as the price that guy quoted!

I needed an oil change and decided to wait for it. It was done in good time and I was on my way.

This Kia dealer was very informative and helpful when it came to my vehicle and answered any questions that I had. They had also made sure that I was comfortable and when I had a long wait made sure I had a shuttle home and back to the dealer when my car was done. Everyone was very friendly andrespectful and a delight to work with.

The staff are polite the service was performed on schedule, and the new remodel of the building looks great.
