I will never step foot in Security CJDR again. This place is completely incompetent from top to bottom. I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve owned multiple Dodge Ram trucks, and this is by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I should have walked away immediately when I first test drove one of their trucks and the check engine light came on as soon as I started it—but that was just the beginning and i didn’t even buy that truck. Within ONE WEEK of buying a truck, I had to bring it in for service due to multiple issues. And here’s the part that should tell you everything you need to know: I brought this truck in THREE separate times for the SAME problems—and not once did they fix it.Every visit was the same story. They’d keep the truck for days (or over a week), do a bunch of so-called “work” like reprogramming, smoke tests, replacing parts, cleaning components—whatever excuse they could come up with—and then hand it back to me in the exact same condition, or worse.No real diagnosis. No real repair. Just excuses. At one point, they even tried to blame “water in the gas” and told me to use better fuel—even though the gas in the truck was the same gas that was in it when I bought it. Then they had the nerve to suggest that I go to autozone and pay for additives that did absolutely nothing. Communication is a complete joke. You can call all day long and get nothing but voicemails. No callbacks. No updates. No accountability. And don’t expect a loaner either—you’re just stuck without a vehicle while they waste your time. They don’t even detail the vehicle upon purchase or when they have it in service either! What’s worse is that this isn’t just one bad employee—the entire dealership fails at doing their job. Management, service advisors, technicians, front desk—no one takes responsibility, no one follows through, and no one actually fixes anything. At this point, I’m stuck with what clearly qualifies as a lemon under the New York State Lemon Law, given the repeated failed repair attempts for the same issues. Because of this experience, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General’s Office, and pursuing a Lemon Law claim. I will also be escalating this directly through Stellantis regarding their warranty obligations and the dealership’s complete failure to properly diagnose and repair this vehicle.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They will sell you a problem and then refuse to fix it.
