Didn’t like that the reps and the techs weren’t giving me
Didn’t like that the reps and the techs weren’t giving me the correct answers re: my car. They were all confused and couldn’t get their answers right at all. They wanted me to spend money when in reality I didn’t need too and when I called them out on their xxxxxxxx, then they said “yes, you’re right, all you need is xyz” be careful with this place, they’ll have you spend hundreds of dollars without needing too.

I remain neutral regarding this topic. It is not the best service department nor is it the worst. Price of repairs seems to be on the expensive side. Check in was relatively easy checking out needs to be a little more timely as the vehicle was ready but seemed to take extra time before I was called to check out. Apparently there is a new service manager , who seems energetic, and involved with staff and day to day operations. He went out of his way to introduce himself to me and others and offered help if ever needed. A stark contrast from the prior service manager.

The service team at Karp Kia, especially Kyle was amazing. They kept me informed of all the steps of my repair, understood all of my issues, and ended up having the work completed early before I left for vacation. Can’t thank them enough!

Was told service would take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Was told service would take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Waited 6 hours and the place was empty! Recall update also screwed up my car.

Kyle at the front desk kept me informed on the progress of my car. I was out in about an hour. My car was accessed but unfortunately I have to return to have the part installed because it wasn't in stock.
