I have to take back my earlier review where i gave these guys 5 stars. I leased a cadillac lyruq Luxury 1 From Crow Cadillac (Peter Labrada). In the beginning , everything was handled well. I was overseas on vacation. They had this lease promotion going on where in if i leased the car and paid using GM rewards credit card, they would offer a $500 towards the purchase. At the time of lease i did not have a GM rewards credit card and so I had to pay $500 over the lease amount in contract. They told that once i get the GM rewards credit card approved, they would swipe a $1000 from it and give me $1500 because GM gives them incentive for using GM rewards card. I went on a weekend. They told the accounting lady does not work weekends but they promptly swiped the $1000 from the card and gave me a "i owe you form" saying that they will give me $1500 back when the accounting lady works weekdays. After repeated follow ups all they gave some some check for $990 and some change (because of taxes according to them). I drive there again one weekend and asked them what about the $500 they owe me to which they pretended as though the only lady who could dig into the whole thing is that accounting lady who works only weekdays. Charlie Yunginger who is the Business manager and who gave that "I owe you form" told me the form is not signed like as i though i forged the document. Charlie asked if i have receipt of all the payments. I took a screenshot of all the payment transactions i made from bank and credit card starements and emailed Peter Labarada. No response again. After one email pressure threatening a legal action, Peter called me on one Friday saying that " i called you before on so and so date asking you to return call back, but you never did" which is a total lie because i never received any call until that one time he called me. I told him all proof of bank and credit card transactions are there which adds to a total which is $500 more than the lease contract value. He told he will have his accounting lady call me and i have to explain to her the way i explained to him. Fast forward 1 month . No calls yet. That Charlie Yunginger and Peter Labrada are crooks. If they dont give me my $500 back, these guys are going to have a problem Just because I am a minority and my business travels prevented me from going after them does not mean these guys take me for granted. These guys are going to have a tough time.
