I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bell Mitsubishi. It has now been over three months since I traded in my vehicle, and they still have not paid off my trade-in loan. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant stress and financial concern. When I traded in my vehicle, I trusted that the dealership would handle the payoff promptly and professionally. Instead, I’ve been left in limbo for over 90 days, with no clear answers and no resolution. Every time I email them, I receive the same generic response: “We will follow up with the person in charge.” However, that follow-up never actually happens. No one takes responsibility, and no one provides a timeline. In addition, I canceled my extended warranty within 30 days, as allowed. I am owed approximately $5,000 for that cancellation, and to this day I have not received a refund. What makes this worse is the lack of transparency. The dealership claims that the extended warranty company is supposed to send them the funds. However, when I contacted the warranty company directly, they told me the opposite — that the dealership is responsible for processing and handling the refund. I am being told two completely different stories, and it feels like I am being misled. As of now: My trade-in loan payoff (approximately $12,000) has not been handled. My extended warranty refund (approximately $5,000) has not been issued. Communication has been vague, repetitive, and unproductive. No one has taken accountability. This is not how a reputable dealership should conduct business. Customers should not have to chase a dealership for months to resolve basic financial obligations. I expected professionalism and integrity — instead, I have experienced delays, excuses, and conflicting information. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Bell Mitsubishi to be extremely cautious. Make sure everything is documented, and do not rely on verbal assurances. My experience has been frustrating and financially stressful, and I would not recommend this dealership based on how my situation has been handled. I hope they take this matter seriously and finally resolve it.

They deliberately post incorrect price to just fish for leads. Once I asked for the real price they were vague and refused to acknowledge the price listed on cars.com. this behavior should get places banned.
