Collin it's very respectful understanding and treat you as if you are part of the team which I really appreciate.He had patients for me.he kept in contact with me to inform me of the updates of what was going on. Even when I was having personal problems,Collin is truly a people's person people like that? Is hard to come by nowadays. So for me to have that sort of atmosphere inside of a dealership. Was beautiful and it was a good experience. Which gave me the ability to tell other people about Ford dealership, and the guy Collins at the mechanic, he treats you with respect, and he tries his best to help you out and to understand where you're coming from, really. Grade A customer service if I can give a higher rate.He would have gotten it.I truly appreciate him and I truly appreciate Dana for dealership on staten island

Dana Ford is the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. After scheduling an appointment with me confirming a new vehicle was there to be shown, I was informed upon arrival that the vehicle was not on site because the dealership owner was joy riding it as his personal vehicle. The dealership owner had put almost 500 miles on the vehicle and then the dealership was absolutely unwilling to negotiate. Buyer beware.
