Waiting over a month for parts Poor communication. I feel like I'm bothering them. They picked up my car then said parts came damaged. I waited 2 more weeks and was told I would get a call last Thurs. I did not. Left a message today. No response.

Got in on time no waiting Joseph was courteous. Understood what I needed and had me out in a timely manner.

Started with break issues allowed grunt noise when you come to a stop. They wrote test my car and they chipped my windshield. They put 50 miles on a car road testing it replace the windshield and did a lousy job putting it on the second windshield was placed correctly. Perfect but not a dealer windshield after the market, which I will appear in court to fight I want OEM parts put on this car nothing other. It does affect the hands-on Bluetooth self driving, I noticed, and this problem must be corrected.

To put an aftermarket windshield knowingly that it does affect the performance of the camera and a calibration on a hands-free driving system, they went ahead and did it anyway I’m so upset. I will bring the car back. I noticed it when I was washing the car that it wasn’t OEM

I always have John as my service writer. He always makes sure everything is up to par. When I get my car back it's been serviced and washed . It looks and runs like new.

Always easy for our lease return and getting into our new vehicle.. This lease is a 2026 Lincoln Aviator. Pietro Masullo and Jesse Cognetta were outstanding in all they did for us.. professional, helpful and knowledgeable.. Great guys

I’m glad that I bought my F-150 from Dana. Normally, I would feel the need to shop around, usually finding the best deal out of state. But I am satisfied with the price, and the service that I received. I recently bought my vehicle in to address a recall notice. Dana provided transportation back home (gratis), and then dropped my truck off when the job was completed. 👍🏻
