Good service department, not so good salesman
The service department did a great job taking care of my used vehicle I purchased that needed a few items repaired. The salesman on the other hand I was not so happy with. The vehicle was missing a right side floor mat & key. He was also not very knowledgeable on the vehicle. I missed the mat as not being there until a few days later. After bringing that to the attention of the salesman his response was "there is nothing he can do". On a vehicle with 10K miles to me that was unacceptable. The vehicle also had some paint repair performed that the salesman said it didn't have. The vehicle also was not very clean inside even though they supposedly detailed it. If it wasn't for Rob Kusluch in the service department I probably would not purchase another vehicle there. The woman that handled the transaction was also very courteous. My only dissatisfaction was with the salesman.

Great Service
On 8-6-2015, I was traveling through Pittsburgh on vacation and developed a leak in my cooling system. I goggled the nearest Ford dealership and was pointed to Moon Township Ford. Where I received excellent and prompt service at a fair price. The technicians bent over backwards to solve my issue and get me back on the road. While I was waiting a customer told me that she drives 75 miles to get her car serviced there. I would recommend their service center to anyone. I was treated by the staff as if I was their best customer. I salute the management at Moon Twp Ford for having such wonderful people on their service staff

My car had the shudder in the transmission and a few other things. Ford had to replace the clutches in the transmission and it made a world of difference. It shifts so smooth that you don't even notice it. Before it shook and shuddered and made noises, there was a metal vibration, now its gone. There still is a sound that reminds me of when a shock is blown out, I mentioned it but I guess they did not find anything. It took almost 3 years to get the tranny fixed.
