Great experience

Bought a used Ford Fusion. Salesman "Z" was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He made the process easy and quick.

Fast and easy routine service visits

I have come to rely on Moon Twp Ford to take care of my high mileage Escape. They get me in and out quickly and leave me a clean car to drive away.

Great service

Because of quality of service at this ford dealership it has outgrown its facility. To continue with its timely repairs it has to expand staff without lowering your standards. It's hard to find a automobile service company you can trust.

you were expecting us for a scheduled appointment

This car is my daughters, although you have been emailing me since I am a co-signer. We have always been happy with your service, however when she took the car in for a scheduled appointment last week, you did not have her on the schedule....even though she had received a reminder. So if you check your records you will see that she is scheduled for 8/25. This request for our experience is for an appointment that never happened......

Great service

On Friday Aug.14 my turn signals stopped working,I called the service dept. Rob kusluch said to call in the morning he would try to fit me in his busy schedule,he had the problem fixed plus two recalls I had pending in two hours.

Smooth process and excellent service

My experience was smooth and easy from the beginning. I went online to look at a new vehicle. I described my current situation and what I was looking for as far as payments and type of vehicle I needed. The dealership responded quickly and asked me to fill out the credit application. Within a day I had a new car that I picked up three days later and I really like the car they picked for me. Thank you Moon Township Ford. The sales representative and the Finance Representative were amazing. An additional thank you to management for getting me where I needed to be payment-wise.

Friendly Staff and Prompt Service

The staff was friendly and kind. They were prompt with their service and over all a very good experience. My inspection was expired on my SUV and they were able to provide me with a quick appointment. Very pleased that he took the time to squeeze us into their busy service schedule. THANK YOU The only complaint I have is the car wash was horrible. My car had already been through the car wash a few days before service and when I picked it up it was the worst car wash I've ever seen. There were water spots plus you could tell they just used water and no soap because there were towels marks from the front to the back of the car.
