The staff is honest and extremely professional and transparent. Jake and Adara were fabulous to deal with and made my car purchasing experience an easy, informative and comfortable process from beginning to end. Dave in finance was wonderful as well! I can't say enough of what a great experience that they created for me! If you are looking for a new or used Nissan there is no better place to go!

This is our 4th Lease Nissan Rogue.

This is our 4th Lease Nissan Rogue. from the same dealership. The car has been with us since last september. It was making a very loud cracking noise. We took it to Acme Nissan to be fixed, They said it is your fault you will. It is not covered under warantee. We contacted Acme Corporate Acme Nissan hurried to tell them it is our fault. We took it to another Nissan Dealer and they said we will fix it under warantie as it is Nissan defect in the Car. The Mechanic at Acme Nissan was very rude and full of it. I can tell you he does not know anything about cars. He just want people to pay and of course to gain a point as an employee. I was thinking of buying the car but after this experience I will never set foot at Nissan again. We are not valued and the people at Acme Nissan are dishonest. We will be looking at another brand but not Nissan. We learned our lesson

Call Acme Nissan speak to Sales Manager Chris Fusk Ask him about what you want to see Verify the price he will tell you that is the price ask about other fees He will tell you doc fees about $490 and sales tax title and registration fees That is it They have no certification fees on top of advertised certified car prices they surprise you with when yo just about agree to a deal I went personallyl to a number of Nissan dealers Save yourself a headache and a lot of money Acme Nissan is the place Pete M

My experience with Acme Nissan has been truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the showroom, I was promptly greeted and felt less stressed as the receptionist was very friendly as was everyone I had encountered. A very special thank you to Jake Jaskowski for going above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted! This is one of the main reasons I decide to continuously do business with Acme Nissan as the exact car was readily available at another Nissan dealership where I could easily picked it up. Dennis Silowka is a great sales consultant as he worked hard to ensure I knew about all the features of my new 2024 Nissan Altima VC-Turbo 2.0SR. He provided me on-demand access to very important features using the showroom tablet and answered all questions I asked. I completely my paperwork with David Mazurek who is awesome! He ensured I was comfortable with my new payment and thoroughly explained all elements of the paperwork. He is very knowledgeable and gave extra effort and ensured I received answers to my questions. It was a great experience and did not feel rushed or pressured in any way! Acme Nissan makes you feel like family. I received 3 years of basic maintenance for free! Looking forward to continued future business as well as servicing my car with Tom and his team!

I bought a Altima 3 years ago and my purchase experience...

I bought a Altima 3 years ago and my purchase experience was excellent. Low pressure sales and great price. I would highly recommend this dealership. They also included about 3 years worth of free oil changes, tire rotation, and car wash. The wait is about 45 min to hour and fifteen which is not bad at all. Both sales and service and way better than average.

Bought a 2021 Rogue for my wife last week. Dennis the salesman was excellent, knew the product which was a complete redesign this year exceptionally well. Finance with Jack was smooth as could be and Paul Jankowski JR made the entire process easy.

Missing tire rim

So I leased a Sentra in 2017 and the tire got damaged so I brought it into the dealership and they recommended that I change out all 4 of my tires . Since it was the middle of the work week I didn’t have time to shop around for tires so I went with the spare....they put the spare in but forgot to put the tire rim in the trunk ... fast forward several months , I was not driving much because of the pandemic but wanted to take care of the tire situation.... so went to Costco bought tires and then they informed there was no rim in the trunk. I called the service and repair in Acme Nissan and they refuse to give the rim back and instead deflect the blame on me about how outlandish it is that I waited so long to replace the tires. I have been their customer for over a decade buying two cars from them and this is the service I get! I’m so disappointed in my experience with them and them asking me to pay 250$ for a new rim. After all I took the car to the dealership for Christ’s sakes... for peace of mind even if it meant paying extra and this is the thanks I get!

Today’s visit at Acme Nissan Rt130

Came into the showroom after receiving a phone call from one of the sales staff urging to check out great deals that will soon go away. All I wanted was a quote, yet the salesman from the onset requested to see driver’s license and registration and inquired about credit score. I started complying, but then I said it makes no sense. I wasn’t taking a car for a test drive, nor was I at the point of signing the deal. I was simply responding in person to a phone call from their sales staff. I’m already a customer there, as I’m currently leasing their 2018 Rogue. I certainly and to my disappointment didn’t feel like a return valued customer whatsoever. Manager Jake was sort of indifferent and didn’t seem to care if we do business there or go elsewhere. No usually expected salesman friendliness, no smile, no welcome feeling. It’s not like the place was packed with customers. It was empty. The same feel as one has when visiting NJ Motor Vehicle agency. Very surprising and unexpected. No conversation about any deals; just a matter of fact statement to expect payments over $100 higher than what I’m paying now. So why waste my time by urging to come into the show room. Why not ask the appropriate questions over the phone and do their homework, especially with the existing customer? Totally different experience from back in 2018 when I gladly posted a very positive review. I thought my next deal will be easy with no wasting time going to different dealership. Not so. Definitely will do my homework and visit other dealerships and consider other car makers.
