Our salesman Jody was very knowledgeable and very kind.The manager came out and spoke with us and ask us how he could help us purchase the truck thar we wanted,he went above and beyond to make this happen by giving us extra things for the truck. They were not pushy in any way. The entire staff at Latrobe Ford /Chevy dealership was all very courteous even to our dog Lincoln. We had a very good experience there and would recommend this place to anyone.

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Latrobe Chevrolet and Ford. The people there have become like family to me. Anytime I have ever had a problem with one of my cars it has been taken care of with attention and little effort on my part. I love my car and I love this dealership! Wendy Hirak was a very big help during the process and I would recommend her for you next vehicle needs!!

My experience began several weeks ago - ...had a collision with a deer. Unfortunately, the deer lost. Fortunately, I took my Ford Escape to Latrobe Ford & Collision. The folks at LFCollision were both professional AND friendly. An estimate was made, parts needed were ordered [some delays because of parts availability] and repairs were made in a good timely manner. LFCollision did a great job, and made my Escape look like new. Thanx, Latrobe Ford Collision. ---this is an update on my first review a week later - I noticed a small chip on the driver's door that is already starting to rust. I stopped at Latrobe Ford & Collision to show them that chip. They said they did not paint that door. I had no way of proving they did paint it BUT - this Ford Escape has over 100,000 miles, and somehow neither that door, or the door sill, has one scratch on it. [I had noticed many times that the area around the window, and the door sill were worn and scratched from constant wear.] I ordered a bottle of paint from LFCollision ($20.00 I need to pay). Here's hoping no more chips show.
