I brought my car for service they did not reset the oil100% they had post to fix something on the left side passenger door service right it told me he ordered the part they changed it. I was in there the first time for 15 minutes. He said I was done when I got home and checked it out. It was doing the same thing. Did he tells me that he?s going to order the part and I can bring it in the next day and when I bought the car it needed two tires. They never replace the two tires. They didn?t need it. I do not think I will go there for service or buy another car unless they can make it right. When I bought the car I overpaid and I did not argue with the price they wanted. I thought they was a good dealership come to find out they?re not.

Great experience! Our sales rep Michael V. was incredible and made the process of purchasing a car as easy as possible! He also followed up to ensure if we had any questions or issues after purchasing vehicle. Finance department, Rich, was great, explained the all the paperwork and I never felt pushed into purchasing any extra add ons. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Freehold Buick GMC GMC dealer PLACE DETAILS Customer Service is a big factor for me and I got that and more from Mitch Zarrow. I had not planned on buying the Envista, I just wanted to see the car since seeing it in a new cars article for 2024. Mitch was so nice in answering all of my questions when I stopped in the first time. Because of Mitch's customer service I returned to test drive and bought the car! Customer Service skills are unique to find today and Mitch Zarrow is one of a kind. I have always been a VW person, having owned a 74 beetle and my 1997 Passat that I was driving until I bought the Envista. My intention was to upgrade to an Audi Q3, the Audi dealership was without Customer Service skills, their loss! I visited six dealerships, four failed on customer service, one mediocre and Freehold Buick GMC because of Mitch was OUTSTANDING!

Gary was fantastic! I told him exactly what I was looking for, he helped me find the perfect car based on my needs and budget. Process was quick and he even took the time out to connect my phone and show me all of the features the car had!

I have been with this dealership for 30 years and I have recommended this dealership to family and friends because CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is important to them. From the sales people to the service department, they are professional, courteous and everyone tries hard to make sure your experience buying a new or used car is a great one. I bought my grandson's 1st car at this dealership and he now understands why I but my cars with this dealership.

The whole team at freehold Buick gmc went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. They took care of my problem in a professional manner. Actually called me a few days later to make sure I was good! I’ll definitely be back!
