Great experience at the Irwin Lincoln dealership. Walked just wanting to look around, and walked out with a brand new car. Jeff was our salesman, and he was great. Was not pushy, but informative, and considered our needs, and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the car, inside and out. We would definitely go back and work with this dealership and salesman again!

Everything is the best l have been a customer since 2009. I have leased and bought Lincoln’s ever since. I just used their mobile service and it was great

I, usually, have my car serviced here and I'm assuming that the tech is only going by a Manuel's recommendations as to what needs to be serviced. I average about 2 hours for an oil change... a bit much but I'm over doing oil changes at my age. My only concern is when I'm told i need a part when I know the part in question is brand new (wipers, cabin air filter etc.) All i can say is know what you need and not what the tech says you need.

We were very pleased with this buying experience. Jeff Young was extremely pleasant, no pressure, and when delivering the car was so helpful in showing us all the new features. Based on this experience and in my past experience buying two other cars from Irwin, I am a very satisfied customer and would continue to shop at Irwin for future vehicles. Thanks Jeff for a very positive experience.
