Irwin Lincoln, Mazda

I, usually, have my car serviced here and I'm assuming that the tech is only going by a Manuel's recommendations as to what needs to be serviced. I average about 2 hours for an oil change... a bit much but I'm over doing oil changes at my age. My only concern is when I'm told i need a part when I know the part in question is brand new (wipers, cabin air filter etc.) All i can say is know what you need and not what the tech says you need.

We were very pleased with this buying experience. Jeff Young was extremely pleasant, no pressure, and when delivering the car was so helpful in showing us all the new features.
