I, usually, have my car serviced here and I'm assuming that the tech is only going by a Manuel's recommendations as to what needs to be serviced. I average about 2 hours for an oil change... a bit much but I'm over doing oil changes at my age. My only concern is when I'm told i need a part when I know the part in question is brand new (wipers, cabin air filter etc.) All i can say is know what you need and not what the tech says you need.

We were very pleased with this buying experience. Jeff Young was extremely pleasant, no pressure, and when delivering the car was so helpful in showing us all the new features. Based on this experience and in my past experience buying two other cars from Irwin, I am a very satisfied customer and would continue to shop at Irwin for future vehicles. Thanks Jeff for a very positive experience.

My salesman Wayne Calabretta is the absolute best! I have been his repeat customer multiple times over because he always makes the car buying process easy. I highly recommend this dealership, and Wayne in particular.

My great experience at Irwin Mazda freehold NJ was buying my CX-30 Mazda 2023; was because the wonderful and professional work received from salesmen Wayne Calabretta the excellent disposition explains step by step the process and the description of the car. It was amazing time work with him. Also, Peter K., Finance Manager, walks through the finance process so smoothly and clear. I recommend Irwin Mazda and you will be compensated with good experience and satisfaction.
