Well the first issue I have is I am there for warranty

Well the first issue I have is I am there for warranty repair of water pump factory warranty. And I told them I already diagnosed the issue and described what and where on engine. And they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to pay $189 for them to diagnose the problem. It's factory warranty repair I have already told them the problem. How many people actually pay the money and allow your company to double dip
