I had just ran over a plastic jug and it got stuck under the front of my car. As a regular customer, I didn't expect to pay $30 dollars to have them do a 5 minute task. Instead I had to wait nearly an hour for them to put it on a lift and tell me all the other things I should have serviced

You forgot to turn off the 'change oil in x days' message. Your vehicles control screen is abhorrent. Why can't I see how many miles on my vehicle until I turn it off? Can't see temperature controls at the bottom of screen at night. Why? You need to do some redesign.
