Great customer service, from the moment I walked in there

Great customer service, from the moment I walked in there was no pressure. Wayne was my sales rep, he was great and you can have a normal convo with him with the pressure. Juan and Shane also helped out and both were respectful and to the point. I got a brand new Ford F150 on Friday March 20th 2026 and I was back on March 24th 2026 to buy a Explorer Platinum. That's how happy I was. I was dealing with another ford dealership for the last 12 years up to this point. I found a new home. If you live around Freehold Ford trust me you want to go there.

I am going to start out by saying that never would

I am going to start out by saying that never would I have envisioned myself owning a Ford. For years I swore up and down that I didn’t like Explorers…they’re too big and heavy. The trucks are okay, but just not for me. Ford was simply not on my radar. After dealing with Shane and Nick, I can honestly say that I can’t imagine buying any other brand…and I work at another car dealership! I was instantly greeted with smiling faces who made the process less stressful. Nick listened to what I was looking for in a car and was eager to show me options they had on the lot. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. I appreciated that he was patient with me while I browsed the different cars and answered any silly questions I had. Once I finally picked out which one suited me best, we went to Shane the miracle worker. I was upside down and backwards in my previous vehicle and knew it wasn’t worth putting money into. Not only was Shane able to get me a higher mileage lease deal to accommodate my commute to work, but he was $150 LESS PER MONTH than another Ford dealer that I had visited the day prior. He went out of his way to figure out numbers that worked for me. Shane and Nick both stayed an hour and a half late so that I was able to drive home in my new car that night! They are very customer oriented and go out of their way to make sure the process is as seamless as possible. I am forever grateful for all the effort they put into me and finding me the perfect vehicle, and I can’t wait to visit them again in a few years when I’m ready for something new.
