This was the first time I had a house call the technician was on time and he respectable and he fixed the problem fast I will give 5 stars to Washington ford for house calls

The customer service rep was great. The over $900.00 in labor charges to fix the tailgate were outrageous. I spent less money fixing/replacing the gas tank than fixing the tailgate.

The work was completed on time in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Don Paris kept in touch with me as the work progressed. Very pleased.
