We have used Germain Ford for my past two cars and we have had a great experience every time. This last experience we worked with Sasha Lunin who was so helpful, professional and friendly with our kids. He wasn’t pushy and helped us get what we needed as quickly as possible since we were on a bit of a time crunch. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

Scott was an amazing salesperson to work with, explained everything, wasn't pushy, cared that I got the best deal, he is truly an asset to the team. Think i found my new car salesman! Absolutely love my new Escape, already getting compliments!

Overall my experience with purchasing a vehicle from Germain Ford was fine. I received an out the door price via email with no issues. My salesman was fine…he did try to sneak their “Germain Care” package into the price of the car. But I caught it. The price I ended up paying was fair. The only issue I had was with the finance manager. Super pushy with all of the add-on stuff you don’t really need. After saying three times that I was not interested in their “Germain Care” program, I finally told the gentleman I was leaving if he asked again. (He just wouldn’t let it go. )This resulted in the sales manager making several snide comments. I would have just left and gone somewhere else if I didn’t have my 80 year old father in tow. I don’t think I would purchase another vehicle from Germain Ford because of the super pushy finance staff. Not worth the hassle.
