Top notch experience from start to finish. David in Sales set the tone and then everyone played their position just as well along the way. The most professional set of interactions I've ever been a part of in purchasing a vehicle and it was comfortable like working with friends.

This is an Awesome Dealership, with amazing people. I live an hour and a half away and they worked with me over the phone for a few days until I made my final decision. We had a little miscommunication about my trade in which I honestly thought it was gonna be a deal breaker and I wouldn't get the Audi, but to my surprise they worked hard to get me approved with my negative equity. Usually when you go to purchase a new car your thinking long waits and expecting to take up half your day but by the time I got there they literally had basically everything ready to go. I took the car for a test drive, loved it of course, we came back and they had paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour. Ethan is super friendly and he is on top of his stuff. Thanks Chapman Ford for taking the time to get me in a new ride.

I bought a 2018 Ram Power wagon from Chapman January-15 2026. Aaron Hawbake and all the folks there were just the best. I drove 4 hours to get there, everything got done and I was on my way home in 3 hours. Great job everyone. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated like a real person.

I will never go anywhere else for a new vehicle. I have been going to Chapman for over 10 years and am totally satisfied with the service I receive. They always listen to what my needs/wants are and always provide a great deal. Tyler, Mike and Ryan go above and beyond and I am always met with a smile.

Great place to purchase a new Ford Truck. Very friendly not pushy and they get the job done so your not there all day like some dealers. We drove 2hrs from New Jersey and worth every minute. I will buy from Chapman Ford again.

Had a great experience purchasing a car from Chapman Ford of Lancaster! I traveled from Newark Delaware to there because they had a car listed at a fair price. They made it easy to purchase after other dealerships made it difficult just to match their price. From the moment I called to when I signed the staff was super friendly and Tyler was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I will be returning for future car purchases!

I made the trip out from Philadelphia on a whim to look at Chapman Ford's assortment of vehicles. Like so many others, I didn't "expect to buy" that day. I thought I would take a look, make notes, and gather appropriate information that could assist me with a thorough & thoughtful decision later on in the year. The atmosphere in the showroom was light and free of pressure, which made it fun to dream and shop. Aaron, the salesman I had the good fortune of being paired with that day, was sincere, knowledgable, and well spoken. He had answers to most of my questions, of which there were many, and for those less obvious answers he had a gracious team of managers ready to step in and assist. Aaron was also curious about my business, which showcased his care for helping me pick the right tool for my needs on the road. In the end, I made the decision to purchase the Bronco Sport that day. I am pleased to have (2) comprehensive warranties behind my vehicle, and me, which offer support, if ever needed, country wide. In my line of work, and with the amount that I travel, this peace of mind feels priceless. Furthermore, to know that a gracious team resides within the walls of Chapman Ford Lancaster, offers me a feeling of refuge from the fast paced & often uncertain world of the modern automobile. For those in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, consider a trip to Lancaster to meet with this wonderful team.
